What is "3x3"...
An Invitation...
We invite men to an intensive three-day “getaway.” Each retreat is held at one of our four host locations. Six men and two mentors are invited to attend. After the retreat, we invite each of the attendees to three weeks of one-on-one mentoring sessions. If they choose to continue, they join a small group of like-minded men for three months of discipleship. We call this the 3x3 “path”.

1-on-1 Mentoring
Building Trust...
One-on-one experiences may include breakfast before work, an evening fishing in the boat, a hike to see the sunrise, mountain biking, working on the tractor, fixing a fence or just taking a long walk.
These times are meant for the men to continue building trust, discover more of their story, and find hope, inspiration, and power in reading the bible together.
After the retreat...
Reconnect...
We also gather the men together for monthly opportunities to stay connected with each other at the ranch through work projects, campfires, shared meals, and worship nights.
Fight for each other......
Weekly intensive group meetings are for the men who have chosen to go beyond telling their story and enter into a three-month discipleship and restoration journey with each other.
Family Retreats
Family..
We also minister to their wives and children by inviting them to one of the two ranches in the Phoenix and Prescott areas. They join our community through regular worship nights, shared meals, and ranch work projects. Their children are given the opportunity for weekly mentoring and care for a horse in a ranch environment (more details on the ‘Ranch’ page).
Wives...Our goal is to be able to provide the same type of retreats and discipleship for the wives and families that we serve. We have partnered with other ministries in the past, but are now working to develop a team of women to serve within the ranch.
